Refund policy

River's return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase for any reason. The items will be picked up from the address where they were delivered. You can try on the product, but please keep it unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging. If the item has a Seal Tag, make sure it stays attached. 

During the pickup, our delivery agent might check the item's condition. If everything is in order, we will process a refund to the original payment method with in 3-5 business working days
