What situations are covered in River RSA?

Cases like accidents, vehicle breakdowns, tyre punctures, and minor repairs are generally covered. While battery run-out isn’t part of the standard support, we’ve partnered with the vendor to extend RoadSide Assistance in such rare and critical cases. Using the RSA for a dead battery will consume one of the 3 free emergency pickups.
If assistance is required beyond 50 km from the nearest service location, you are expected to pay only for the additional kilometers

How quickly can assistance arrive in case of an emergency?

Depending on the service and location, response time can vary. The service time may also be affected due to traffic and weather conditions. The RSA team will keep you updated if there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tier 1 City: 30–45 minutes for on-the-spot repairs and 90–120 minutes for towing service

Tier 2 City: 45–60 minutes for on-the-spot repairs and 90–120 minutes for towing service

Tier 3 City: 60–90 minutes for on-the-spot repairs and 150 minutes for towing service
